Lunch and Snack Information
All full-day students will have lunch around Noon everyday in the picnic area at Raleigh Studios. Students are welcome to bring their own lunch or buy a lunch card from the Raleigh Cafe.  They will have a choice of hamburger, cheeseburger, turkey and cheese sandwich, chicken fingers, quesadilla, hot dog, grilled cheese sandwich or tuna sandwich.  These come with a choice of french fries or fruit and a fountain drink or water. The lunch card is $35 for the week and can be pre-paid with a credit card, check or cash.  Please click on the option that works best for you.



Breakfast Club and Extended Hour Supervision
If you need to drop off your child between 7:45 and 8:45 and pick up between 4:15-5:15, Hollywood Jumpstart offers an option for students to get the day started with a hot breakfast at the Raleigh Cafe with a counselor and other students in the morning and hang out and play games in the afternoon. The cost of the extra supervision is $5 for AM and/or $5 for PM plus the cost of breakfast.

Work Permit
Part of our service includes processing your child’s work permit. Attached is a link to print an application for permission to work in the entertainment industry.  This is NOT mandatory for our camp. It is only mandatory to obtain work in the entertainment industry for minors.  Should you choose to have us process this for you… this application must be completed by the parent and a school administrator.  The school administrator will sign and stamp with an official seal, provided your child has a C grade or above in their core subjects. Bring this completed application to camp orientation the first day and we will process and have the work permit mailed directly to you.  It is good for six months.  Most school administrators are available in the Summer, but in the event your school administrator may not be available, you can bring the application with your child’s last report card and we can get a temporary Summer Work permit which will expire one week after school is in session for Fall.

Headshot Information

Hollywood Jumpstart Summer Camp includes a headshot photo-shoot.  This is usually conducted on the first day of camp.  We recommend that students wear a solid colored shirt or a very subtle print shirt.  We recommend staying away from white as well as super obvious logos.  Subtle logos are fine.  If teen girls generally wear make up…we recommend keeping it to a minimum.  Agents want to see a natural look before being made up.  Definitely NO eye-liner.  You are welcome to apply after headshot if you desire.

Hollywood Jumpstart photographers take several different poses and selects the best picture out of the group for the headshot.  We print five headshots for students to take home and extra copies for the students to give to the agents at the showcase.  We will send a disc home with the student, in the event that you want to make multiple copies.  We do not recommend paying for too many copies until your child gets signed with an agent, as every agent has their own special photographer that they recommend and we don’t want you to waste any money unnecessarily.

Dress Code
Anything goes but we recommend casual and as comfortable as possible.
